Finding the perfect franchise starts with understanding what each client wants and needs from a business. Then we match them with franchises that will allow them to thrive professionally while achieving their financial goals, thereby creating the life they desire.

These are the steps we will take together to find your perfect franchise.


Franchise Knowledge

We will work with you to completely understand the franchise model, the different types of franchises and the financial and legal components of franchise ownership.


Franchise Criteria

We will work with you to develop the set of criteria to judge franchises against. We strive to uncover your passions and what you seek from a business. Just as importantly, we will explore the the life you wish to create and how your business will support and fit in to your vision.


Franchise Exploration

We present the franchises that best fit your exact criteria. These include financial requirements, industry preferences, owner involvement, business type, location and other requirements we develop together.

The franchises we present will be chosen from among the 400+ best-in-class franchise brands we partner with. Every one of these franchises is registered with the Federal Trade Commission and each state they are offered in. All have currently filed Franchise Disclosure Documents. Finally, each go through a rigorous vetting process before we recommend them to our clients.


Franchise Candidacy

When you are ready, we will introduce to the brand(s) you have chosen to take an in-depth look at. Your information will be sent to the franchise development manager who will contact you for an initial phone call. While each franchise’s discovery process differs, they generally follow the same pattern. The process comprises of several calls or video chats in roughly this order:

  • Introductory phone call

  • In-depth meeting detailing the business model and opportunity.

  • Review of Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)

  • Territory Development

  • Verification (where you will speak to current franchisees.)

  • “Discovery Day” where you will meet the franchise team and experience a “day in the life.”

  • Franchise Approval and Award

Our Team & Fees

During the entire process, from first call to “sealing the deal,” you will work exclusively with Andrea & Bruce Weinreb, the founders of ZIZE.

As a ZIZE client, there is NO COST to you at anytime for our services. In the event that you sign a Franchise Agreement, ZIZE is compensated by the franchise.
